pyart.retrieve.compute_l(radar, rhohv_field=None, l_field=None)[source]#

Computes Rhohv in logarithmic scale according to ll=-log10(1-RhoHV).

Parameters:

  • radar (Radar) – Radar object.

  • rhohv_field (str, optional) – Name of the RhoHV field to use.

  • l_field (str, optional) – Name of the ll field.

Returns:

ll (dict) – ll field.
