Read antenna pattern from file

Parameters:

• fname (str) – path of the antenna pattern file

• linear (boolean) – if true the antenna pattern is given in linear units

• twoway (boolean) – if true the attenuation is two-way

Returns:

pattern (dict) – dictionary with the fields angle and attenuation
