pyrad.util.retrieve_mch_prod_RT(time, product_name, pattern=None, pattern_type='shell', sweeps=None)[source]#
Adapted function from rainforest.common.retrieve_data

Here, it reads the data per timestep, and in the real-time operation, the radar data is not zipped

Parameters:

  • time (datetime object) – timestamp to extract

  • product_name (string) – Name of the product to be extracted

  • sweeps (list) – List of sweeps if not all want to be extracted. Defaults to None.

Raises:

ValueError – If no data is found

Returns:

dict – dictionary containing with the the file list
