pyrad.util.create_sun_retrieval_field#

pyrad.util.create_sun_retrieval_field(par, field_name, imgcfg, lant=0.0)[source]#

creates a sun retrieval field from the retrieval parameters

Parameters:

par (ndarray 1D) – the 5 retrieval parameters
imgcfg (dict) – a dictionary specifying the ranges and resolution of the field to create

Returns:

field (masked ndarray 2D) – the sun retrieval field
